Our commitment
Markivia Digital is committed to making our website and digital experiences accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves a clear, usable, and welcoming experience online, and we work to maintain that standard across every page we publish.
Standards we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level wherever reasonably possible. These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive needs.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is a continuous effort. As we add new pages, articles, and features, we regularly review and improve:
- • Color contrast and readability across light and dark sections
- • Keyboard navigation and visible focus states
- • Alt text for meaningful images and descriptive link labels
- • Semantic HTML structure for assistive technologies
- • Responsive layouts that work across devices and screen sizes
- • Reduced motion preferences for visitors who prefer less animation
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Older articles, embedded third party tools, or media without captions may have gaps. We are actively working to identify and fix these issues over time.
Report a barrier
If you experience an accessibility barrier on our site, or have suggestions for how we can improve, we would love to hear from you. Please reach out and we will respond as quickly as possible.
When reporting a barrier, please include the page URL, a brief description of the issue, and any assistive technology you were using. This helps us reproduce and resolve the problem quickly.
Feedback shapes our work
Your feedback helps us build a better web for everyone. Thank you for helping us make Markivia Digital more inclusive.
