Markivia Assistant uses AI to answer service questions. Conversation messages are sent through our service infrastructure to Lovable's AI gateway and its model provider to generate replies. Avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information in chat. AI answers may be inaccurate. When you complete a team follow-up request, the contact details and request information you provide are sent to Markivia through our inquiry service. Optional advertising consent is separate from using the assistant or requesting a response.
